(NewsNation) — Grieving Florida mom and dad are questioning how their energetic 9-month-outdated could have been pronounced lifeless just hrs after becoming dropped off at a Florida daycare centre.

On Monday, very little Tayvon Tomlin was reportedly observed lifeless in his crib at Lincoln Marti Daycare in Homestead, Florida. Miami-Dade law enforcement advised media stores that a daycare employee was examining on the children when they recognized Tayvon was not respiratory and alerted authorities.
